One of the big reasons I go to Starbucks over other places is the friendly and efficient service. Unfortunately this place falls incredibly short of their normal standards. The big issue was the speed if service. I have never seen a team of 6 human beings move so slow. It was almost agonizing to watch and bordered on a joke. Couple this with the fact that this is a busy rest stop location ad you have a lethal combination of volume and sheer laziness and ineptitude. Dear Starbucks head office, please fire them all and start over.
