Had new windows installed in Fall of 2008. As of 2010 the glass started to appear hazy in between the layers, so I contacted the company. To this date (Feb. 8⁄16) I have had only one personal visit from a staffer and no further contact to advise when the Life-​Time Warranty would be validated, i.e. replacement of windows. Not happy!
