I would never ever order from here again. I ordered 20 cupcakes and asked for them to be on a tray. When I went to pick them up, they were in a box, after explaining that I asked her to put them on a tray, she told me she couldn’t, and I’d have to go buy a tray and do it myself. She was so rude, she didn’t care about the fact that I was in a rush and needed these last minute, and she didn’t follow instructions. She still made me pay for the tray, and told me to assemble it on my own. Horrible service. Never going back.

A super cute place with a pink and white theme. I’d love to come here more but I find the service really horrible. Almost like they’re doing me a favour by letting me buy their cupcakes. But then again… it’s Woodbridge… find me a place with good service

Friendly service and a well stocked pastry case. I was pleasantly surprised to see a seasonal offering, in the form of a pumpkin tart too! Being located in Woodbridge, and closely situated to some rather large homes, I expected more from the latte I ordered to go. Milk when heated to much will burn, and today’s barista almost took it there. The result a beverage to hot to drink for nearly 20 minutes. I recommend this shop begin using a thermometer ASAP. Again, Woodbridge, Italians, espresso — surely I am not expecting too much.

I’m a major fan of sweets and decided to get some pastries at none other than Nicol’s pastry shop! While I was there I was rudely treated by the staff. The point is: one of the irresponsible employees left their iPhone on a table for costumers and I mistakenly took theirs, thinking it was mine. After I left the shop, there was two guys who chased me down and accused me of stealing while swearing and calling me a thief. I returned it to them with no intention of stealing. The two men just wouldn’t listen to me when I tried to explain that it was a misunderstanding. They kept swearing profanity everywhere. I didn’t realize I had the phone on me. I returned it to them with no intention of stealing. Their pastries are so garbage I left it on the ground and the guy even picked it back up! I guess he’s going to resell it again which is gross because who would want used baked goods? Don’t go to Nicol’s people because customers are thieves and I suppose that’s why they are empty for business!

I can see her hair falling in, im sure see said those comments about the refund… But big stores have done so much worse and we still go through them daily… Her shop is $ 1.75 vs 2.50 at lavish for mini cups Her velvet wasnt good and her vanilla’s werent as good as lavish, but her chocolate base ones were yummy. If you like vanilla base go to lavish if you like chocolate come here Nicer décor here too.

Happened across this not so little spot whilst in search of a coffee before an early morning meeting and not wanting to go to yet another Starbucks(plus I also had a sweet craving) I entered this place with cautious optimism. POW! The interior of this place hits you in the face like when your little sister smacks you in the face with her Barbie Corvette. Shiny pearl white fixtures and display cases show off row upon row of delectable sweet pastries and baked goods and are accented only by the splashes of pink across this space. It looks like a place where«the girls» could get together for some sinful sweets and a fancy Italian coffee. Which is why I found it hilarious that the only patrons on this particular day were 4 – 5 burly-stocky manly men, hovering around a table gossiping like a group of teenagers about the latest sports and celebrity need to knows. Being in a hurry I did a quick scan and the quiches also looked fantastic so I feel as if a future visit will be needed to experience. However I did have enough time to order a double shot café latte with a chocolate croissant. The latte was fiery hot and was still on super hot when I accidentally left it in my car and came back for 30 minutes later. That being said once I sluffed off the skin from the roof of my mouth a took a bite of the Croissant and it was so flaky it near exploded in my face. Delish!(but messy). The guy behind the counter said that the best thing about the croissants here is that your can never eat just one, and seeing how yummy they were and how tiny they were I can see where he was coming from. Thank goodness I only bought one and ran out. I’m looking forward to trying this spot again when I am in Woodbridge(on Weston just north of Hwy 7).
