Horrible! Stay away. Extremely poor service. First, They sold me a defected car. When the engine quite on me after 4 years, they gave me an appointment to look at the car after 6 weeks! They did not want to have anything to do with me or the car. Cost me $ 7,000 to change the engine. I am an engineer, this is a poor car with high price and high maintenance, with sale and service representatives that are your worst nightmare. Stay away from this place and the car.

I had such a good experience with the purchase of my new MINI. Nick N was the sales man and gave us amazing service. We went to another dealer ship and decided Nick from Vaughan MINI was the person to give us the best service and deal. He also followed up after the purchase which was nice.

Worst service ever.
They blatantly lie, did horrible service on my mini cooper classic (under warranty), timing chain needed fixing major job… left bolts out, no courtesy car, still not fixed, they have the worst hours, 8 – 4 Monday to Friday, but you can only make an appointment for 8am. Service rep John is long winded, before he lulls you to sleep with his ramblings, cut him off and just tell him what you need and get out.
