Kilo Jewels

Honestly, I like the product that Kilo Jewels sells but I have experienced the worst customer service. I dropped off a pendant to be reset and they have sent me on a wild goose chase to try and pick up my jewelry. It was supposed to be ready for pick up one month ago. No one from the store called me to tell me my pendant was ready to be picked up. To make the story even more complicated, my pendant was supposed to be sent to Promenade for pick-​up. It was originally delivered to Yorkdale. Yorkdale called me and told me my pendant would be at the Promenade 4 days after the phone call. Yorkdale also told me that Promenade would call me when it arrived.
One week goes by and I hear nothing. Then I call Promenade and their number is out of service. I contact Yorkdale to locate my pendant. I am then told that the DM has my pendant and it should have been delivered to Promenade. I ask the sales associate for Promenades phone number so I can ensure my pendant is there before I go and pick it up. The associates at Promenade know nothing about my pendant. They tell me it is not there and they are going to look into it. The sales associate takes down my number and never calls me back. I call back a few more times. Finally someone tells me that my pendant is at the Promenade and I can come in to to pick it up.
I visited Promenade today and my amber pendant was nowhere to be found! It is now an entire month past the date that I should have had my lovely pendant back in my possession. The sales associate apologized and said she would look into the whereabouts of my pendant. She called me back and said it should be at the store tomorrow and the DM took my pendant back to head office. Are you kidding me??? This is ridiculous!!! Why is the DM goosing around with my pendant. She should have delivered it promptly and never should have taken it back to head office. This is absurd!!!
How can one store be so unorganized. I really hope I can pick up my pendant tomorrow. I will keep you all posted on this crazy wild goose chase.
