I went for laser hair removal using a groupon. They use the soprano so it was painless and works well. Staff was professional and very nice. The place itself is very nicely decorated. Only complaint is that it was too cold in the room while i was getting my procedure done. Been there only twice so far and no bad experiences yet. All good.
