History

Established in 2014.

In 2014, Great Value Inspections Inc. was restructured and registered as an independent home inspection company under Great Value Enterprises Inc.

Meet the Business Owner

Bill G.

Business Owner

Bill holds the Certified Master Inspector (CMI) professional designation and is responsible for Great Value Inspections’ operation.

Bill received his professional training and graduated with Honours from Seneca College Home Inspection Program, a program in partnership with Carson Dunlop and Associates and in cooperation with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI). Bill holds an MBA from York University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering degree from China University of Petroleum, Beijing.

Bill worked as a Field Engineer before coming to Canada. In 2002, Bill started his career in the construction industry as an Estimator with Trinity Contracting and Landscaping Ltd., a renowned commercial construction subcontractor located in the GTA.

Since his first Buyer’s Inspection in 2004, Bill has been continuously receiving and attending professional training and workshops in years, such as the latest Ontario Building Code.
