Despite being a general fan of dollarama — some of their stores (namely this one) are very poorly run. Employees have not been trained well enough to activate gift cards and customers are stuck trying to sort out the mess. Corporate and store-​level customer service is atrocious and you can spend many weeks solving a simple mistake that was made by a poorly trained employee.
