Coppa’s Fresh Market

This place is a joke, and if I didn’t know better I’d say they were trying to go out of business.
The place was empty of customers when I got there, I only came because the pasta we like was on sale, so I stocked up. On the other side of the fence I had just come from Costco which was jam packed full of customers.
I went to the first isle I needed stuff from and the employees were too busy goofing around to notice that there was a customer wanting into the isle. Maybe their not used to seeing customers in this store.
When I got to the cashier, she told me of I have more than 8 items she couldn’t take me because it was an express lane. Usually I wouldn’t go to the express, but I was the only one there, and I voiced my displeasure.
Overall another bad experience, and yes the prices are still unreal.

On my last visit, a staff member was exceedingly rude.
I was in the meat section looking for a certain cut of meat. An employee (pushing a cart filled with store made baskets) came over and parked the cart next to me and then stepped in front of me (positioning herself between me and the display case), and started rearranging olive oils and baskets that were on the counter (above the meats). It’s not as though she didn’t see me as I was picking up the meats and looking at them. So, I stepped to the side to look at the selection and she again moved and stood right in front of me. I said excuse me and pointed to the meat I needed and she told me (without even looking at me) that she would just be a second longer (which she wasn’t). I was so pissed off that I left the store and went somewhere else to shop.
Normally the staff here are excellent… perhaps she was brought in for the seasonal crowds, but she had zero customer service skills.
