Avoid! Must’ve caught Anna on a bad day coz she didn’t treat me nor my cats very well. Bad attitude, poor service!

Better options out there. Mediocre job on my dog, for the money there are better options out there!

So grateful for the services offered here! I have a senior cat who recently developed some matting issues that I wasn’t comfortable getting rid of on my own.
My cat gets very anxious when leaving the house, so I was hoping to find a place as close to home as possible to deal with the issue. Fortunately, zoomgroom comes to you! I just had to bring him downstairs and the van was right there waiting.
Anna was extremely understanding and handled my cat (who has never had any professional grooming services before) amazingly. She was also prompt with email responses, allowing me to explain my cats situation before I booked with her.
My cat is already so much happier now that he is Mat free, and his coat feels like velvet!
If you have a cat who is nervous leaving the house, I would highly recommend her services. I couldn’t be more pleased with her service, and will be seeing her again once my cat’s hair starts to grow out again.

I am so grateful for Anna and the way she looks after Bucko. I’m assured he’s in the best of care, and it’s good to know that Anna and Bucko are right outside my front door in the Zoom Groom van! Bucko always protests a little at first, but I know he appreciates looking good, as he struts around so proudly afterwards! I would never entrust my dog’s care to anyone I didn’t fully and completely trust, as I do Anna. Thanks, Anna!
