When we first arrived in Vancouver, Mackenzie or Mac hooked us up with a pretty good deal with Bell. He patiently explained to us the differences between the mobile plans and we decided we like Bell the best. He also went out his way to get us two HTC Desire Z phones for free! He had to call other stores to check and in the end, the phones were delivered to his store in no time on the same day. Now that’s excelllent customer service. I highly recommend this store, particularly Mac to everyone who has a mobility need. He will be the guy who will make things happen for you.

I really can’t say I have any complains about this store and the guy that helped me pick out my plan. I can’t remember his name, but I ended up getting a good plan and a new and free HTC phone, which he took the time to call four or five different stores to get for me. He told me that I could leave and come back in about an hour while he called around to other store looking for the free phone. When I got back, he told me he found one and it would take about a day for it to arrive. The next day, he had it ready to go and even help me to set up the card and the phone. I knew he was giving me the“salesman’ attitude, but without the run around. He was very up front and even to this day, five months later, I haven’t had any surprises or problems.

Had a very good experience here purchasing a new phone and plan. Mackenzie listened to our service needs and found us the most economical and useful plan to suit our needs. He was very personable and answered all of our questions and even offered to follow-​up with us to work how to use the features of the phone. Very happy with the level of service and information offered.

This store just opened and they carry iphone products that are hard to get, like the Otter… a water proof casing to keep your investment safe when outdoors. Well I asked and they gave me a good size discount, so for that and the fact the staff are very friendly and helpful they get a good review, try them out if your on w4th having a coffee or shopping.
I got charged twice on my c. card purchase, what a hassle to get my refund… Well after 2 trips and 3 emails 40mins in driving plus 45 mins waiting to be served… These guys need to get into business shape.
