The man who is the manager was not only rude but shady as hell. After I signed up the sales person told me that there is no receipt of the break down. I told them I would need a print out and the manager told me that their machine is broken so no print out and if i must have the print out I can get my money back which I was like okay give me my money back I will go to another wind store, he than got the girl to write them all down and have him sign it. I mean who would walk away not knowing what they sign up for phone plan? I would never come back here again and also this is a franchise branch so WINDMOBILE doesn’t run it which is why the poor customer service. The service of Wind was terrible and I cant even send picture text or some simple text msg. I end up getting my money back cause of poor service and moved to another company.

Sleezy wind employee sold me a samsung S3 for ”$ 100″. Since I mentioned that I would have to fix my own S3 for $ 100. He jumped at it and didnt tell me ATALL that I would have to pay the REAL price later. So when I switched service after experiencing their terrible coverage I got the surprise bill of about $ 230. Real nice screwing up students!!! The contract is very misleading saying that there has been a discount but then it turns out its not! its not discounted if you have to pay it later!!!

Solid 3.5 stars. came here to sort out my auto billing, Shawn must’ve spent 10 minutes on speakerphone, even with a few customers waiting. Well he was multitasking anyways LOL but patient for sure. It is a small, simple store, with an independent mobile repair shop. Just 1 sales person. Located beside dollar store.
