We had a bad experience, but different for the reasons Kathleen mentioned. We walked in, so no worries on expecting to be served right away (the two girls at the front were nice).
When it came time to get visas for Vietnam/​Cambodia, they were more confused than us. To make matters worse, it felt like a high pressure sales situation. They kept trying to push us to get the more expensive Visas. My favourite was when we asked about the e-​visa they said that it was the same as the paper. Loved the math «62+45 in Vietnam, same as paper (155+tax)». No — not the same…
When we were in the room, the woman helping us seemed pre-​occupied with other endeavours, trying to text/​email while «helping» us. At one point, my wife had to ask «do you need to finish your email?». Super rude.
Of course, the icing is the fact that they are DOUBLE normal prices. $ 80 for a Cambodian visa? I’ll take the $ 37 online one thank you.
Avoid at all costs.

So far– terrible service. Made me wait half an hour even though they said someone would be out in a minute. They then sent me a tracking email, but when I went to track my visa-​the system did not seem to work, so I called in. They then informed me that tracking was unavailable for that embassy. In the future– I would suggest looking for another company. Very expensive. And $ 15 for passport photos (not stated on the website– seems like a lot).
