My fiancé and I had a couples RMT massage. Loved it so much, I had Shawna and she was amazing, the massage was really really relaxing that I fell asleep in the end! Their facility is really clean and nice, I loved the lounge, it was perfect!

I just went to Vida spa for some pampering and loved it. I had a hydrating facial by Anastatia, which was amazing. She informed me of everything she was doing and told me about the products but wasn’t pushy with them. Next, I had a 90 minute massage with Shantal… It was kind of a mix between a deep tissue and a traditional (I requested this). Shantal was lovely, professional and provided an incredible massage. Afterwards, I had a little rest in the steam room. You can use the pool but it was cloudy out so I stayed inside. I left the spa with my skin glowing, literally. It was my first facial and I think I might be addicted. I would recommend this spa to anyone living in or visiting Vancouver. Definitely a relaxing day :)

Just had a couples massage. Both my self and my wife are extremely happy. I highly recommend this place. Tho I don’t know my the name of the person who worked on me. I will be back !!
