Established in 2008.

Since our establishment in 2008 University All In One Enterprises Inc. has been providing professional services to Vancouver and the surrounding Lower Mainland. We provide many services including, but not limited to, Painting, Landscaping, Christmas Light installation, Pressure Washing, Brick Sealing, Window Washing, Mobile Water services, and much more. Our expertise in these areas has come from great mentors who have taught us what we know and also with the help of our amazing suppliers any problem we encounter we are able to solve.

With four employees we are small enough to give you personal attention but big enough to tackle larger scale jobs.

Ryan L.

Business Owner

Ryan has been the owner at University All In One since it’s inception.

He is a natural entrepreneur having started selling lemonade at roughly 5 yrs old, moving to lawn care for his neighbours in high school. During his time at Trinity Western University, completing his Bachelor of Business Administration with Finance/​Entrepreneurship he ran a successful College Pro franchise. In his last year at TWU he started University All In One Enterprises Inc. with the mindset of eventually growing the business to a franchising company.

He lives in Vancouver with his wife and in his spare time enjoys playing sports and investing in real estate.
