There’s so much fear when it comes to printing because I know nothing and all I’ve dealt with is rude attitude with dissapointing results from staples. THEY ARE SO NICE AND COULD SMELL MY NEWBNESS WHEN I WALKED IN! Totally professional but totally sweet.
They even opened my files and asked me to check if the colors showed up right! WHERE WERE U STAPLES ON THAT CALL! They even suggested paper that would work with my color choices and explained why it wouldn’t work as well on other paper.
Tricera is amazing, even when I came to pick up my prints. They gave me my prints, cut open the cardboard so I can check them, even asked me if they were good! They care! And like a dork I walked out cause i don’t know what im doing and staring at the open folder where all my new prints are about to fall out. I’m down the hall and they shout back to me if I want that taped up and its just like, holy crap you still care! I’m out of your shop and you still care!
I love them, the prints are beautiful with their recommended paper. Just let them guide you and dont point to the most expensive paper first thinking thats what you want X’D.

At the recommendation of a friend, I had some images printed at Tricera, that I was entering in a juried exhibition. This being my first time submitting work to a gallery, I left it to Michael’s expertise as to print size, paper quality, and later on matting and framing. His suggestion as to mat size caught me off guard, as it’s much thicker than what other framing shops suggested. The finished product looks breathtaking, absolutely flawless.
On top of printing the image, matting and framing, he even had info cards printed up with my name, title of the pieces, date and an area for me to sign, ready to be mounted to the back! I feel confident when I say that Michael’s expertise and amazing work contributed greatly to one of my pieces being selected for the exhibit. I’m definitely going to be a return customer.

I’ve actually never written a Unilocal review before, but had such a good experience with Tricera that I felt compelled to! I was dreading going through buying a higher end printer, shuddering at the thought of having to talk to sales people at one of the big box stores. When I started looking online to see what my options were, I discovered a small but professional looking company, and gave them a call. They were super helpful on the phone so I decided to go for it and head over there…
Not only did they answer all my questions and more, and give me a ton of great tips on printing, paper selection, etc., but they were just nice genuine people. I didn’t feel like I was being «sold» to, upsold, pressured, or that any «tactics» were being used on me. I didn’t have to go on the defensive or figure out how to just get out of there with the damned printer without having to dodge and weave.
It was a breath of fresh air. I wish there was a Tricera equivalent for every type of technology or appliance you have to buy these days… They’ve certainly earned another loyal customer.

If you need large high quality prints this is the place to go. It is not the cheapest, but they are one of the best printers in town. They are friendly, helpful and above all, very professional. I highly recommend.

Can I give Tricera more than 5 stars? Just had Devan from Tricera do a large print order for my last show. 24“x24″ and 16“x16″ custom prints. I remain extremely pleased with his work.
When I came to pick up my order he donned white cotton gloves and patiently, respectfully and gingerly held them up one by one for approval. For the life of me I couldn’t find a single flaw with his printing. That is rare.
He packed everything away and just as I was leaving I ran into a friend who said he wouldn’t be able to come to my show. Devan painstakingly unwrapped my package and, once again held up my images one by one for my friend to see them. Having a printer of this caliber is invaluable to me.
And I sold a couple pieces too. Ain’t nobody buying original art if the printing isn’t exceptional.

i came in here needing a quick job done to print out a photo for eventual framing and these guys were great — super helpful on the phone, and then when i got there we loaded up my image and they played around with it, with me. helped me choose the right paper, recommended a great framer. wonderful.
i highly recommend them.

If you use Epson printers or need a LARGE photo printed this is the place to go. They control Epson products in town to the point where other shops don’t bother carrying Epson photo papers because people in the know go to Tricera. I get my inks for my photo printer there and have had work done by them on prints larger than my 13×19 printer can handle. Great staff and if they are not busy they will print while you wait and drool over their pro printers. They have a parking lot beside the building and are upstairs, open week days and Saturdays.
