Customer service is a bit cold, not much in terms of toys and figures. I was unimpressed by the actual selection of what they had in such a small space.

Instead of Toyka Collectibles it should call itself Toyka Toys: it has more Funko Pop! TOYS than anything else. The real ‘collectible’ section is way in the back and consists of about a dozen or so 1⁄6th scale figures, with some of them still in factory shipping boxes so you have absolutely no idea what the actual figures look like. I mean c’mon, if you’re expecting your customers to fork over hundreds of dollars for what is essentially a glorified poseable plastic toy, please at least have the courtesy to show them exactly what they’re buying. Was checking out why one of those figures costs $ 180 and was immediately accused by the owner for breaking the ‘seal’ of the packaging. Gimme a break. This store also shares its retail space with a tacky, nameless ladies’ boutique. Go figure.
