More than a year after my initial posting, I received this message from business owner Jeff O.
«It’s difficult for cheap, dishonest people to understand the work approximately I guess especially when you are dumber than a fifth grader.
How weak… and you are pretty sure everyone wants your useless opinion I can see.
Don’t have many friends do you?»
First, I fail to see what my friend count or my intelligence level (as perceived by Jeff, the obvious expert on the matter) have anything to do with my poor experience with Total Care, as it would be evident to anyone who read my review or the multiple others that echo my sentiments (many of which were unfortunately filtered out, no doubt due to Jeff’s penchant to troll his own business page on Unilocal and flag negative comments) that it’s just a flat out crooked, sleazy business run by crooked, sleazy people. As Jeff claims, it’s «difficult for cheap, dishonest people to understand the work approximately,» and I suppose that’s why it seems to be such a challenge for him. There’s probably a hundred other honest, hardworking people out there that would be happy to help you move, and not make a stressful experience more stressful than it has to be.
I don’t really care to justify his petty attempt at «hurting my feelings» with a response, and only bother to post it here because I sincerely hope that people reading these reviews with the intention of hiring Jeff and/​or Total Care Moving turn and RUN in the other direction. Not only is he a terrible businessman, he also comes across as a mean, hateful person who’s unsuccessful at everything he does but sucking at life. I mean, come on – if you’re going to go to the effort of pointlessly messaging me, at least try to come up with a more original insult.
Just my «useless» opinion.

i used this company for a small move with all what small means (my luggage and small boxes)
i called them in the same day of moving and they show up one hour after the call
one man came he took all my stuff and deliver them to my new address
he was such a nice guy
so I would highly recommend it if u just have some small stuff but dont fit in a taxi or u need someone to pick them up for u
then this company will do it
