The way Tim’s is set up here is kind of weird. IMO poorly designed. The service counter is «L» shaped. The place for lining up is straight down the centre making and arrow. Then when a cashier is free it’s either to the left of the L or to the right of the L. You pick up your food in the corner of the L. The customers are bumping into each other both coming and going. Other than that, I love the dark roast coffee. And I haven’t met a person yet who doesn’t love doughnuts or TimBits!!! This location is fairly new, so it’s pretty clean. It’s one of the bigger Timmy’s around.

My buddy and I were venturing about town in the morning, and it was time to eat. I was starving and unwilling to wait any longer, so I decided to grab a sandwich from Tim Hortons. As I ordered their chicken sandwich from their locations close to the hotel, this time I opted for their steak and cheese sandwich. I paired it with a latte and a glass of water. The sandwich was tasty, but the latte had a weird taste to it. The service was so-so, but they were fairly busy at the time. The place is actually pretty nice. It is sizable, has plenty of seating, and even has a faux-fireplace. The patrons were a mix of many different people, which reflects the diversity seen throughout Vancouver. I find this to be an appealing aspect of this trip As with the other location, Tim Hortons here is a good place to gran a quick lunch. Check em out.

I am a little shocked that I am the first to review this even though this location is over a year old now. This used to be where the Starbucks used to be. This is just as quiet of a location considering that there are other options. This corner hasn’t really had luck on both the commercial and non commercial buildings. The good part of this location is that ’cause it’s not that busy that service is prompt and right most of the time. I came here a few months ago to catch up with an old work associate after hours and just catch up. Lots of seating room inside.
