I didn’t end up purchasing my dress here, so this review is just for my experience shopping here. My consultant Michele was awesome. She was super patient and kept pulling dresses for me to try to help me narrow down my choices for style. I was working with a budget of $ 1000 and out of all the places I had been to, Tiffany NY Bridal had the most options for me. They do want to make the sale and are willing to negotiate the price a bit but I never felt pressured to make the purchase immediately. They let you take pictures too which was great because I was able to look back through my favorites and get the opinions of my bridesmaids. I was super close to purchasing a dress from here but didn’t only because I decided to save a bit more $$ and rent instead.

I am so happy that I found Tiffany Bridal. Before Tiffany, I tried out 2 other bridal stores (David’s and Bryan’s) and I have to say both gave me really bad impression and customer service.
So after such bad experience, I did not expect anything when booking appointment at Tiffany. When I and my bridesmaid walked in, the lady greeted us with a BIG SMILE (which is very simple but I don’t think everybody remember to do so). She then verified my appointment and asked me to fill in form about my important date. After that, she walked me around the store and asked if I have anything in mind (style, color, fabric, etc). She told me to feel free looking at the dresses on the rack. I showed her some pictures I found online and surprisingly, Tiffany had 3 out of 4 design I showed (other stores I tried they barely had anything I found online even though they carried the same brand). Anyway, my consultant was very helpful and ALWAYS SMILE, which made me feel like a friend, very comfortable. She also gave me advice about hair pieces and accessories, as well as shoes. I ended up purchase my gown at Tiffany. I absolutely love it (it is from Mori Lee Brand), and again, I am glad I found Tiffany Bridal.
They gave me discount for bridesmaids’ dresses or tuxedo at Tiffany as well, but even if they didn’t, I am gonna go back there anyway. Because the service was awesome.

I’m getting married soon and had a dress emergency which left us with one month and a very small budget to buy and alter a new dress… And yet I was still having dreams of fairy tale gowns, covered in (quality) lace, beading and embroidery, yet dreading the looks of shock and horror that we would get when I told them our budget and timeline.
All I can say is they were fantastic. The dresses in the front of the shop are gorgeous, but they also have a huge selection of consignment and sample dresses. Jessica and Amanda quickly identified my style and I liked everything they chose for me, but we were also allowed to explore and pull our own gowns (which was my favorite part). We not only found the perfect dress, chock full of amazing details and within budget, but we had a ton of fun doing it! Will be my first recommendation to people.

Tiffany’s Bridal was my third bridal boutique that I visited and my consultant Michele was so lovely! She had helped me find lots of different dresses and styles that I had found on their website. This store is affordable for brides with a budget from $ 1000-​$ 2000 and with the dress that I liked she had offered a $ 100 discount due to their special sale.
Don’t be hesitant to visit this shop because Michele was great! Their shop is boarded up due to an accident so the windows are destroyed but the interior of the shop is adorable. It’s not as extravagant as other locations in the Vancouver area, but the experience was still memorable!
Sadly, I did not purchase my wedding gown from this location, yet thank you Michelle for a lovely and kind experience!

I had an excellent wedding dress shopping experience here! My mom and two sisters came with me and we were allowed to go and pull our dress choices, which I loved, some places are picky about letting you wander around the dresses. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and ended up picking a totally different style. Katherine was helpful, attentive, and very relatable. Great style too, her veil choices were excellent. I had the back area which was awesome, there was a pedestal and mirrors which were great for seeing the dress in full. When it came to the sale, the no pressure laid back approach was so refreshing. I hate being cajoled into buying things. All in all it was everything I wanted my dress buying experience to be, I left super happy knowing I had an awesome dress totally within my budget.

What else can i say?
My friends wedding is pretty soon and the sales person was really rude and tried to use tacky, tasteless sales tactics on her. The dresses were nice there but we decided that my friend would not want to purchase from such forceful sales people .
Also when my other friend asked how much a certain dress was, the sales lady replied, «Just $ 2000.» YA okay … Snobby sales lady!

I am so glad I came to tiffanys and cannot recommend them enough. I would recommend making an appointment so that they can give you their full attention. Jordana helped me out and she is amazing! I found they have a good selection of different dresses as well as sizes. the fitting rooms may be a bit tight but they have plenty of space once you come out. I also bought all of our bridesmaid dresses at their store and the owner made sure he gave us the best possible price he could. I have sent many friends here since I went and no one has had any negative experiences, most ended up buying their gown from them.

This was my first time trying dresses on and I had NO idea what I wanted or what to expect. I came in without an appointment and instead of telling me to come back another time after an appointment is made, they were really welcoming n friendly. After I tried on 4 dresses and was super happy with one, they were still were offering to grab more choices for me to try on. Jordana and Dani were both SUPER positive and helpful unlike other shops that carry the same types of dresses in the same price points. Brides with a budget or are first timers without a clue MUST come here!

I came to this bridal store in January with one of my lovely bridesmaids. I expected great things because I saw it advertised in a lot of BC Bridal magazines. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed.
My bridesmaid tried to book an appointment, but we were told that since we were coming in on a Monday afternoon no appointments were necessary. The store itself is quite small, with one counter, a few change rooms in the back, and one mirrored pedastal to view your dress from all angles. There’s a few racks of dresses in the center, a small wall of destination wedding gowns, and a large wall of ballgowns.
When we walked in the only consultant we could see was busy with another bride. We patiently waited until she was finished. She explained to us what style was where, and told us to dig through the racks and pick out a maximum of three dresses. We picked out three and were shown to quite possibly the smallest change room I’ve ever been in. It was the size of a small linen closet, not even 4 feet in width. There was barely enough room for my clothes and one wedding dress at a time. The consultant was very friendly and happily helped me into my first dress.
When I was looking at the dress on the pedastal, suddenly two more brides came in. Since our consultant was the only consultant working, she was forced to juggle all three of us. I feel for her, because that’s a really stressful situation, but it really takes away from the dress shopping experience. My bridesmaid was fantastic and helped me into and out of the other two dresses we pulled, but they were obvious no’s.
I was about to change into my street clothes when an older lady came out from the back of the store. My guess is she was the manager. She came up to me and asked when my wedding was, which is at the beginning of September. She then proceeded to tell me that I essentially had to order my dress TODAY in order to guarantee its arrival. Now, I’m a girl who doesn’t operate well under pressure, especially significant time pressure. I tried to explain that I couldn’t buy a dress without my mom present, which didn’t change her attitude at all.
Needless to say, my bridesmaid helped me out of the dress, and I left the store with no intention of going back. Sorry Tiffany N Y Bridal, but I bought my dress at another store, 3 weeks later, with zero time pressure and my own consultant. Although the destination wedding gown selection was nice at this place, I wouldn’t recommend this store to any bride hoping for that magical dress shopping experience.
