Michael Howell of Terra Luma is amazing! I am not just saying that because he’s a really cool guy, but because I really enjoyed working with him.
He transformed my Yaletown patio from drab to fabulous, and was able to bring the fruition the exact look I had imagined in my mind. The entire process was professional and happened very quickly. He submitted photos and ideas via email and directed me to the right design choices, but ultimately let me make the decisions. It was great collaborating with him on the patio with his iPad and looking at pics and layouts. He’s a hands on guy and did everything from negotiating with suppliers, getting swatches for my perusal, trucking up soil, potting plants, and laying down the lighting system. He even through in extra bonus items and gifts, and to this date answers questions immediately when I need additional support. And you won’t believe his pricing model– ask him!
