Specialties
Tara works with couples who are pregnant (and happy-yet-nervous about it), at the end of their relationship rope and wondering if they’ll ever feel close to their partners again, or exploring new ways to be intimate but have nowhere to begin.
All of that? Is her specialty.
Tara keenly recognize ways that we are disempowered from having great relationships, conversations, and lives and helps people to choose the empowerment, design something that works, and then have a crazy-cute love baby with all of it.
History
Established in 2008.
Tara brings a background as a Doula and Life Coach to her work with individuals in supporting them as they learn to communicate more effectively and take on a leadership role within their relationships.

Business Owner
Tara is a CPCC and Relationship Coach based in Vancouver, BC. She works with clients to design their partnerships, whether they are welcoming a new baby into the family and need support to have a unified front in the face of ‘The Dictator’ or have enjoyed a long union and want to determine their own rules of engagement as they navigate next steps.
Her work infuses many coaching, leadership and communication principles, while folding in the work of Dr. John Gottman; Tara is a trained Gottman Institute Educator of the Bringing Baby Home and Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work Programs. She brings a wide-open (and loud) sense of humour to her work, along with keen observation and a willingness to not only speak about, but also include, the elephant in the room.
Tara is a native to British Columbia, and you can find her kayaking, camping or hiking to remote places.
