SWAROVSKI – Oakridge

I went in looking for earrings for my daughter – kept asking to see silver casings. The sales girl kept bringing out gold casings. The lighting in very poor in the store or she couldn’t tell the difference. I kept telling her that what she was showing me did not look silver. She said, «no, no, no». She had no clue what she was doing. I bought the earrings – got them home and saw them in better lighting. Guess what: They had a gold casing. I was upset and called the store right away and asked to speak to the manager. They hire sales people that have no clue what they are selling –they just want to make a sale for the day. The sales girl I had was totally useless – I even had to ask her to give me a receipt and my change. I paid for it in cash. I had to go back to the store the next day and got an exchange because there are no refunds for pierced earrings. At least they let me exchange them. Probably will not go back to this store again. They need to train their sales people better!

The staff are so disinterested and unhelpful and full of attitude; I can never understand why people who clearly DON’T want to deal with the public are working in retail in the first place. I don’t know how this place stays in business. Another ‘miss’ in Oakridge Mall based on poor service.

in everyplace where there is a store that showcase and sell crystal makes me happy… i know i have something to kill time and have fun seeing those sparkilng things in different shape and sizes… this particular place showcasing a lot of new stuffs i noted that coz everytime i go i see something new… expensive but if you are collecting i gezz it will be affordable… i had few of them but i alredy stop buying… but i still come and enjoy looking at the crystals… my favorite so far are all the disney characters… i find people who work here are all friendly… neat place…

I like coming here to browse. They have a decent selection of the latest release, however, I find that they still hold onto some outdated pieces rather than having a regular rotation IE: Their duck series. Prices are the same as any other location. Customer service was okay. I like shiny things.

I have always loved Swarovski, ever since I was a little girl. I remember one Christmas they even decorated a tree at the mall and it was Huge. Almost three stories of crystals. It was stunning.
There is a store in my area and I walk by regularly. I have been eyeing the rings and the bracelets. Finally after some time deciding I chose the small rose gold bangle since I prefer to where understated jewellery as my daily jewellery. I hope to go back to get something else small and dainty but that will be another day.
The lady who helped me was very efficient getting my warranty entered then wrapping the box and putting it in a small bag. I think this weekend they have a sale buy 1 get the second half off. Ends mother’s Day.
