I recently moved into a new loft as a tenant, and Ron facilitated the application, review, and documentation processes for my current landlord. Thanks to him, the whole process was quick and painless; I had moved in within two weeks of seeing the original posting! His communications were prompt, timely, friendly, and effective.
During the application process, we encountered an issue in the strata bylaws that apparently disallowed renting. Ron’s first move was to email me and recommend other nearby properties. In the mean time, he negotiated with the strata to allow rentals, and, as soon as he had reached an agreement, called me back to let me know that the property was available. This whole process took less than two days and was handled very professionally.
