NEVER AGAIN… 0 stars
Food was good but unbelievable rude service.
We were a group of 16 people. We decided to try the new branch on burrard. They don’t take reservations but they told us that we can be on the wait list. Also they said that we have to sit on four separate tables and we were ok with that. We ended up on 3 tables. The waitress was so stressed out from us and she started giving us an attitude when we asked for the fourth table. And she said that she didn’t want to deal with us anymore. So another waiter comes and apologizes saying that she’s only 19!!!
After moving to the fourth table, they started taking our order. All the food was served and we finished eating except the 4th table. They served them after we paid already!!!
I went to complain to the manager and he didn’t want to listen to me saying that he doesn’t want to speak about it!!! I insisted to finish my sentence and his reply was that she was the best waitress they have!!!
I don’t understand what kind of hospitality is this but even if it’s the best food in town, NEVER AGAIN! !!!
