Business Owner
Chef Elatouabi is true to his Moroccan roots and his BC home. He prides himself in sourcing the best BC has to offer and serving it up «with a Moroccan twist». His international career includes a time as the Executive Chef for His Royal Highness Moulay Rachid, the Crown Prince of Morocco. He made a name for himself in Vancouver with BravoBistro and Le Marrakech.
Currently, Chef Elatouabi devotes his culinary creativity to SoL Sun Belt Cookery. Located on Vancouver’s Sea Wall overlooking Coal Harbour, it’s the perfect setting for his new adventure.
