Business Owner

Maryam Sodagar is the principal at Sodagar Nielsen Law Group. She is a licensed barrister and solicitor and was called to the bar in both British Columbia and Ontario.

A British Columbia native, Maryam entered the University of British Columbia (U.B.C.) on a scholarship and completed her undergraduate studies. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from U.B.C. before leaving for law school in Ontario. Maryam earned her law degree from the University of Windsor and graduated in 2005. Maryam has represented clients on a broad range of legal matters and has appeared before administrative tribunals and the courts of British Columbia. She prides herself on her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-​solving skills. Maryam understands the importance of competent and effective legal advice and is dedicated to building long-​term relationships with each client she represents.
