SmartPoint Research began operations initially offering recruitment services for market research studies such as focus groups. Since then, we have expanded operations by offering Vancouver’s most modern and technologically advanced focus group facility. In addition to recruitment of focus group participants, we offer access to our growing online panel and programming and hosting of online studies.
SmartPoint Research is a market research provider to a number of end research user clients offering advertising testing, customer segmentation, packaging testing, pricing optimization, product concept testing and usage and awareness studies.

Business Owner
Daniela H. is Founder of SmartPoint Research with experience in conducting one-on-one interviews, focus group moderation, quality recruitment of research participants, managing projects (from A to Z), and compiling marketing research reports. She has conducted research for a wide variety of industries and consumer types since 2005.
Daniela uses qualitative research techniques to interview marketing research participants in order to help end clients understand the target market, as well as to uncover new opportunities for continued business success.
