Shear Comfort

Shear Comfort advertises OEM replacement seat covers. Nice website makes you think this is a quality company but the pictures don’t show all views of the products. I don’t know of a auto manufacture that makes OEM seat cover that is held on with nylon straps. I always thought that OEM meant ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURE, not when it comes to shear comfort. When I found this out I wanted to return them and Customer Service said they would have to contact the manufacture to see if I could return them. (Shear Comfort told me they manufactured this product) They (Shear Comfort) emailed me telling me 25% RESTOCKING FEE! PLUS I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING. I do not call that customer service. I feel like I was duped, OEM my a — . Shear Comfort wanted me to ship the covers to CalTrend in Santa Ana Ca.
It appears Shear Comfort just has them drop shipped from CALTREND all the while acting as if they are the manufacture. I called CalTrend and asked them if they manufactured seat covers for Shear Comfort and Delores (customer service) said «No Shear comfort has there on manufacturing facility» I asked why Shear Comfort wanted me to return their seat covers to CalTrend and she immediately said she would get her supervisor and didn’t want to talk to me anymore.
I don’t think this company is very honest.

Ordered neoprene seat covers. The stitching did not match the color and stitching is showing in random spots and is coming loose. This is the first day.
