Sharon’s Fittings

I took my friend to this shop today which is very private, discreet and quiet,
up in the Fairmont Medical building. She’d been looking for a product she saw on Dragon’s Den. They sell bras, bathing suits and breast forms for women who have had a mastectomy or lumpectomy. Some of the forms are by the German company Amoena, from whom Sharon’s also had some of the softest natural fibre sleepwear imaginable. I can imagine that customers could bring a lot of emotion to this small space. Linda immediately showed her kind personality and perceptive abilities as well as assured product knowledge. As a result she could be efficient so as not to draw out the process while still giving women the time they need. My friend had thought she needed to replace the insert for her bra and Linda reassured her that with the right fitting bra it would be just right. «We don’t upsell here.» she said. «People are vulnerable».
