I am a former employee of of the BC Ministry of Finance’s Financial Institutions Commission (FICOM) where I worked in the Mortgage Broker Department helping to regulate the mortgage industry in BC for many years. Now I have brought my incomparable professional ethics and unique relationship with lenders to the private sector to help my clients get the best interest rate and terms on their mortgages.

I have been in the mortgage industry since 2008 when I worked in the Real Estate and Mortgage Broker Department at the Financial Institutions Commission, the BC Ministry of Finance agency that regulates the mortgage industry. For many years I dedicated myself to making sure consumers in BC were protected from fraudulent mortgage schemes and unscrupulous brokers. I am also very proud of the work I did helping set up the continuing education requirements that all mortgage brokers must now adhere to, to keep their skills sharp and keep abreast of the latest industry trends and legislative changes.

I was born and raised in Langley, BC and have extensive family and friends in the Okanagan Valley, Manitoba (Duglad & Winnipeg), Alberta (Edmonton, Red Deer and Calgary), Regina and Toronto. I maintain close connections with the communities of Langley, Kelowna, Winnipeg and Vancouver through volunteering and lots of family and friends.
