I love Saatchi & Saatchi! they have been my jewellers for over 20 years. My family, friends and I have always been well taken care of. I love my beautiful jewellery from this store weather it be a beautiful piece from the show case or custom work, it has always been top quality. I would and do highly recommend their work and encourage people to consider this store for all their Jewellery needs. This family is wonderful.

I had a watch serviced here, and the experience was horrible. First off, when I arrived there for the first time, they didn’t even acknowledge me — they mumbled something to each other in Farsi, and were dismissive. But when they saw my timepiece, they ran over to ask what they can do for me. That should have been my cue, but I didn’t have time to make it somewhere else. For the servicing, I requested the core health of the watch be reviewed and the watch bands replaced. When I arrived to collect my watch a few days later, I asked for their findings. They advised that they had to replace the battery. I found that interesting, as my watch doesn’t use a battery, but it was on the invoice. I challenged them on this, they stated it wouldn’t change the cost of the «servicing», and I still had to pay. As for the bands/​straps, I paid close to $ 100 for them, and they were supposed to be temporary till the «official» ones I ordered (thank god not through them) could arrive. I put my watch on right away, and literally, 30seconds after walking out of their store, the bands came apart (found out then they were actually glued, but made to look like stitched leather). I went back right away for a replacement, and they accused me of doing something to them — hence no replacement. I didn’t see any immediate recourse, so I left furiously. Within 24 hours, my watch stopped working. I took it to a REAL watch/​jewelry store, and they found it had been damaged internally. Don’t waste your time with these clowns, unless you like being ripped off.

We have been shopping here for many many years. Repair, restyle or new piece of jewelry all done with excellent quality. They are always 10 out of 10. You want a jeweller you can trust, Saatchi & Saatchi is the one.

I like this store as it has a lot to offer at $$$ prices, however, the place is a little disorganized and unfocused as to what they were trying to be. Their items range from classy to Kitsch (not in a good way). Customer service was a bit of a turn off.
