Useless. Never seems to have what I’m looking for. Sure it has all the usual mainstream stuff which you expect but its selection of lesser known or foreign flicks is terrible. Prices are outrageous in this day and age. Sorry, but when half the world is downloading movies illegally, I think $ 1 or $ 2 a rental is enough. After all, video on demand is $ 6 why should DVD rentals be the same?

The smaller of the two Rogers video stores that doesn’t really try to carry or sell you anything, as this is strictly a VIDEO store. If they sold cell phones here, I clearly do not even notice it. This is like an old house, with a stairway going upstairs where the used previously viewed sales are, and the video game rentals! It’s a nice small store that is close enough to English Bay, and there’s other places around to shop, like the liquor store(pick up some drinks to watch the movie), Safeway(maybe you need some food), or London Drugs next door(maybe you need something else?).

To keep it short and sweet: The customer service you get at Rogers Video is every bit as terrible as the service you get from any other division of Rogers. The biggest difference is that with Rogers Video, you haven’t already signed your soul away for three years before you find out, so there’s no reason to stick with them.
