They still charge me for every minute used in the day(in error) every month. I can’t check on my app,(it’s not available) and when I check online, it says«you don’t have a voice plan.» Yet, it tells me I can text to the US, but just not to Canada. Does this make sense? I talk less and less and the bill continues to rise. This month, I was told to «pay 35 over, just in case so you aren’t charged late fees». Does this make sense to anyone? An hour and 45 minutes later, and that’s all I got. I can’t wait until my three year plan expires in March. Yay!
