Renov8 The West Contracting started as a weekend handyman services in 1990’s. Later the services grew and became more serious projects of home repairs and in house renovations. Finally in 2010 the business found the needs to be incorporated as a renovation contacting company to handle larger scale of home renovations.

Renov8 The West hires a team of professionals and they take pride in their work. A good contractor builds everything by the permits. The company also makes sure each renovation is done with high standard, which truly protects the homes and gives these homes great values in the market.

Renov8 The West also recognizes that building green is the direct link to a better future for generations to come. They are certified to help their clients select the recycled or natural materials to build better homes, which also lasts longer and saves much energy to preserve our land and resources.

Business Owner

James has always been interested in carpentry. It gave him the inspiration to take on the role as a handyman in the early days. The one-​man handyman services eventually developed into an incorporated contracting company.

James is friendly and humorous. But he is very serious about the deadlines and delivering the best quality work to the clients.

Today James works as a project manager at Renov8 The West Contracting Ltd. He leads a group of professionals and work on various of home renovation projects in Vancouver area.
