Red Seal Electric

Recently needed an electrician for a small job — no power at a light fixture in an older apartment building. I had one major company tell me that they could come in 4 weeks and another not return calls after a promise to do so and a follow up call.
Paul from Red Seal had an electrician on site the next day who diagnosed and repaired the problem, and completed the new light fixture installation. I got a call in the morning, as promised, to schedule a time. The electrician was going to be about 10 minutes late and he called ahead to let me know — that is unusually great service in my book. He was very polite and respectful.
Paul called me immediately after the electrician left, took my Visa card for payment, and promised that a receipt would be emailed to me on Monday (the work was done on a Friday) and it was, as promised. 1.5 hour minimum charge.
The only thing that was not perfect was that the electrician did not have a dimmer to replace the dimmer, but had to replace it with a simple switch.
All-​in-​all, a very good experience with a professional company.

Emailed them and had a time setup for the same week. The electrician was super friendly and gave me some advice. Fast, efficient and super lovely. Totally worth it.

I originally contacted another electrician 2 weeks in advance prior to installing a new countertop — boy was this a mistake since no-​one showed up and he told me he didn’t want to head to downtown Vancouver since the traffic was bad. I gave Red Seal Electric a call and they said they can have someone come out the same day so my renovation project could continue without any hiccups.
I need to thank Red Seal for their prompt, professional service. I was impressed, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.
