History

Established in 1980.

RE/​MAX Crest Realty Westside started operations in Vancouver in 1980 and operated as Crest Realty Westside until joining the RE/​MAX franchise system in 1994. Our original office on the corner of 16 and Macdonald has been a landmark in the Westside since 1980 and many of the REALTORS® who started their career with Crest Westside are still operating successfully from that location.

Deborah Upton, after selling with the company, started managing it in 1986 and through her belief in sales skills training and careful selection of the right associates, the company became one of the best brokerages for market share and sales per associate. In 2001 Deborah partnered with John Lichtenwald and RE/​MAX Crest Realty Westside joined the Metro Vancouver Properties group of companies with nine lower mainland brokerages.
