I got a filler done at Pender Medi Spa with Dr. Paul Denton. First of all, the ambiance is really nice, the space is very clean and welcoming. The staff is super kind, friendly and helpful. You feel like you’re talking to a trusted girl friend. Dr. Paul is also very down to earth and professional: he delivers what a client wants. I also am planning to go for coolsculpting. Gabrielle is the best coolsculpter in town, hands down. She is very honest too, which is not something you see from people in this industry. Pricing is also very very reasonable for such a nice and reputable place. Look no more– this is the place for all your beauty needs! Thank me later.

I have nothing but great things to say about the Pender Medi Spa. I’ve been going since before it was sold to the new physician Dr. Denton. I was apprehensive about the change but the staff working him are outstanding. From the moment you walk in and are greeted right through to paying your bill they are incredibly friendly and professional. If they’ve tried to cross sell or upsell me on services I haven’t even noticed, it seems to be the difference between here and some of the more traditional spa places where it feels like a constant sales pitch.
I’m only in a few times a year, some Botox, some filler and while I’m not spending a ton of money they make me feel like I’m their top client every time I walk in. Dr. Denton and whoever assists always take their time and never feel like you’re being rushed in and out. Oh and they schedule appointments properly so you aren’t stuck waiting. I love that.

I am just starting the process of laser hair removal for my arms prior to having my sleeves done. I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Pender Medi Spa is a gem in the Coal Harbour area of downtown Vancouver. From the minute I walked through the door to the minute I left, I felt like I was welcomed and treated no different than their biggest client. The concierge, Genesis, was attentive and sincere. All my needs unrelated to the actual procedure were met as I made my way from the foyer to the treatment room.
The technology employed at Pender Medi Spa is top of the line, from my understanding and experience. I have heard stories from others how the procedure can be quite uncomfortable and slightly painful depending on the laser used, the skill of the technician, and the intensity of the laser. Pender Medi Spa uses one of the most advanced lasers in the industry with attention given to minimizing any discomfort during the procedure. A stream of cold air soothes your skin making what could possibly be an uncomfortable experience and making it simple and pain-​free. I couldn’t even tell I was having laser treatment.
I am looking forward to the final results and I look forward to writing yet another phenomenal review upon completion.
Thanks to Dr. Denton and the team at Pender Medi Spa! I have no reason to go anywhere else for any future cosmetic treatments.

I have now seen Sally for a sampler of her laser facial service. It was a nice treat! I would certainly return for the full service treatment and possibly even try the silkpeel (again) with her. I noticed nice results from this treatment and also purchased one of her recommended products to help hydrate my skin.

I recently had cool sculpting done by Gabriele at Pender Medi spa. I was so impressed with the clinic. The staff are amazing. The service was outstanding. If you want to get the best treatments and best care, do not hesitate to contact Pender Medi Spa.

Excellent customer service, technology and treatments. Just had my first treatment here to clarify my skin. My skin feels so soft and fresh. My friends says it glowing. They have different service for different skin types and needs. My dad had a toning and micro last week and he loved it!!! Great for man and woman. The staff are super nice and design the perfect treatment just for you.

Ever since the administration changed there I found the staff a little more on the sales person side. so be carefull. They also are a little undertrained and all over the place but the doctor that’s there now is great!

Dr Beig is no longer there, and from how I was treated recently, I feel that they’re going after the Asian dollar and are no longer interested in the long term neighbourhood clientele.

I was recommended to go to Pender Medi Spa by a friend of mine. Went their for the best facial of my life. I get regular facials and have never had such a detailed treatment. The Esthetician was very knowledgeable and dealt with all my skin concerns. She was so thorough. My experience was amazing from the moment I walked in and now I will be going their for regular facials and more.

Vanity brought me here, but it’s the awesome results and service that will keep me coming back (ok, and still a bit of vanity too). I’m in my 30s now and have had Juvederm under the eyes twice before. My previous review of Dr. Buonoassissi still stands, he’s great, but his clinic isn’t open weekends and as a corporate woman now I can’t get there any other time.
I chose this place as I had read about Dr. Bieg — he has a ton of cosmetic experience and teaches techniques to other wannabe injectors. So, I felt pretty confident letting him near my face with a needle.
The space is beautiful, and as I sat waiting for my consult I was brought a coffee and water. All my questions were answered and I found him to be really kind and calming. I didn’t bruise at all, results are great, and was pleasantly surprised that Juvederm now has Lidocaine right in the solution, so it didn’t hurt.
Dr. Bieg told me to wait two weeks and come back for a touch-​up with what was left in my syringe. He was on vacation so I booked with Dr. Balance, who was also lovely and did an amazing job. I’m very happy with the results and the cost was very affordable.
A huge upside: as they do a lot of different procedures I was worried it would be a heavy upsell. I’ve been to other clinics that make the experience really uncomfortable. «You should really use this $ 1,000 skin care line if you don’t want to look like a haggard beast.» Or «Have you ever thought about Botox for that forehead line?» Grrr. But they didn’t try to sell me on any other techniques, which I found refreshing.
