Each dog is different and with in-​house training, Pawsitive Education can design a training course that will meet your dog’s specific needs. Our training course addresses behaviour modification like pulling on a leash, jumping, nipping, and basic commands like sit/​stay and come when called, etc. We also give you tips on the best way to share your home with your pet.

We use positive reinforcement and promote a happy, healthy relationship between you and your dog, one that is based on trust and respect and will help establish you as the leader.

In-​house training gives you the added advantage of training all the members of your family. This way the approach to your dog’s training can be organized and consistent. Training a dog is not a one-​time event. It is an ongoing practice which must be maintained to ensure a harmonious relationship. Each member of the family can participate and can maintain consistency in implementing the training.

Joy is a certified dog trainer. She studied at the International Academy of Canine Trainers and still continues to help out in teaching obedience classes and assist in their doggie day care.
