I did have a groupon and in this case even though it was supposed to be a great deal, I was very disappointed. The original value of the mani /pedi was way overpriced. Lotion and exfoliant with massage was not even included, which should be a standard. The daughter was a bit more personable and cheerful. The mother pretty much complained the whole time about demanding groupon clients, the area is not a rich area, and how much work it is. I felt very uncomfortable listening to it al, but did not know how to tell her. She obviously needed to vent, but it is so unprofessional to do that extent to a client. She even told me the amount they made per client. Ack!

my experience was horrible. i had a dealfind voucher to use which was for a shellac 30 minute manicure and 45 minute pedicure. it’s not hygenic… the electric buffer drill bits that they use for your callouses and nails don’t look like they have been cleaned properly. they actually continued to use the same drill bits on the customer after me without properly sanitizing it. my toe nails were not properly done, all the lady did was shape my nails and apply nail polish. the nail polish wasn’t even applied properly, there were bumps that she attempted to fix by dabbing more polish on. which left this pimple looking bump that later oozed with wet shellac nail polish because only the top layer was dry. she left a bunch of polish on my skin around my nails and told me that it would just wash off. =/my finger nails were okay, but because i chose a clear polish that was easier to apply and harder to detect missed areas. i couldn’t stand looking at my toes it looked horrible, that i took it off immediately when i got home which isn’t a easy process for shellac as you have to soak your nails in remover for at least 10 minutes. there was no massage or lotion application what so ever… not what i would expect from a service that claims to be worth 96 dollars. my pedicure lasted about 20 minutes instead of the advertised 45 minutes, and my manicure took about the same time. i would not recommend this place, they are unprofessional and do not know what they’re doing. i regret tipping so much! UPDATE i must add that the following day. the shellac polish on my hands have already started to peel off. it’s pretty ridiculous considering that i took off the polish they did on my toes and replaced it with regular lacquer polish and those have lasted longer than these shellac polish they’ve applied. as well… if you’ve noticed there’s about 10 reviews for this place that has been filtered by Unilocal assuming that it’s just a bunch of people ranting, well… if you notice they’re all consistently saying the same thing about this place, and i can assure you these are not inaccurate rants whatsoever.
