Clarence is fantastic! Such a nice guy.
Last time we moved out of an apartment we had him come and clean it and he did a great job and got a couple more troublesome stains out at no extra cost.
Also, I lost the receipt and needed it to get my deposit back so he came by my new place to give me a copy! Amazing customer service.

I just called these guys and hopes were high. The first guy who answered the phone, Clarence, said he could come to my house after 3 pm (two hours after i called him) to take out a lipstick stain my dog had put in the carpet. When I called back at 3 pm as asked, I got Fabian, a very unfriendly man who informed me the price would be twice as much as originally quoted and informed me he could «maybe» get someone to my place at 5 pm. He didn’t have the ability to take down my name and address and said he would call me back. I’m still waiting …

I was impressed with these guys. I spilled a whole lot of coffee on my off-​white carpet, called them, and they showed up within the hour. At first, I was nervous about this — in my mind: Ability To Respond Fast = Few Customers. But the job they did was great.
At least it was when they were here.
The carpet appeared to have all the stain completely out. But a day later, it came back up. Not nearly as bad, of course, but clearly visible.
I am going to call them back and see if they honour their work and redo it.
They also treated the rest of the apartment and spent a lot of time on specific areas… they seemed to be something of perfectionists.
Very friendly guys, stuck to the price they quoted on the phone, and it’s a family-​run business. The main guy had 30 years in the business with Sears, and is now out on his own. They’ve got a brand new huge professional-​quality machine.
