As good as it gets for a locksmith. Very professional service and Tony is a very friendly, knowledgeable, punctual locksmith. From my initial appointment, to Tony calling in the morning to confirm the appointment, and then working around my schedule so I could coordinate being home as I had errands to run that day. He called me ½ hour before he was going to show up and the timing worked perfectly. He explained the differences between the different brands of high security deadbolts, and did a great job installing, and cleaning up before he left. I tried saving some money and doing it myself and going the Home Depot way. Tony fixed my problem, secured my door (and my neighbours too), and had such a cheery attitude I don’t think I could even consider going some place else. When I got my bill, I thought it would cost more. In the end, adding all the costs of trips to Home Depot, and having failing equipment I just wish I had called them in the first place. They are also doing the work on my building as I am on the strata, and I couldn’t be happier and more confident that our security problems will be a thing of the past. The advice he offered for the building really makes sense and I feel that I am in good hands. Thanks so much for such professional and HONEST service. It’s like it should be,
