I had just purchased my first Rolex DJ2 from Global (Lugaro, just opposite the Fairmont) and the customer service experience was exceptional as I’ve indicated in a separate review. My visit to the Omega (I have 3 Omegas), store opposite at the Fairmont on the other hand, was a turn off, with a portly Asian man, who again gazed contemptuously at the superstore bag that my buddy was carrying and gave us an indirect middle finger salute, at the same time questioning my knowledge of an Apollo XVII Speedmaster, so never again ;)

The staff is very attentive but not hovering.
