Great ambiance. Good fusion and tasty. I got medium green curry w chicken. Really spicy but only two pieces of chicken. Overpriced.

Noodlebox is perfect for what it is — a quick spot to grab a hearty bowl of noodles. I’ve tried most things on the menu over the years that I’ve been visiting, and pretty much everything has been amazing! The Pad Thai is my least favourite — I found it quite sticky, but that may just have been the day I was there. The black bean and garlic, Teriyaki, and spicy peanut are all awesome, and you can also sub out different types of noodles if you want. The udon is a great substitute! The space is light and airy and the booth is comfy. The stools are fine, but I’m not a huge fan of seats with no backs. The water taps now have both still and sparkling which is awesome! You order at the front, take a seat, and listen out for your name to be called with a giant steaming bowl of delicious! They have chopsticks and forks, and a few different types of hot sauce — all of which are labelled with a nice description. The bowls are giant and although I *can* finish them, I always feel like I’m about to explode when I do! The flavours are rich and vibrant, if not entirely authentic. But you don’t come here for an authentic Thai/Chinese meal, you come here for a delicious bowl of noodles that pop with flavour — so go do that! It’s well worth it!

Ordered Cambodian Spring Rolls and Spicy Peanut Noodle Box. Both were on the oily side, which might have explained why I felt so bloated after eating it though the portions didn’t seem especially large. Also, it felt like I was eating comfort food because of all the oil. Could be satisfying to eat here with a group of friends while having a beer, but I wouldn’t have it regularly, as it’s a bit too oily for me.

A really good value, especially in Kits! Not authentically asian, but delicious and with good value nonetheless.

You will have some good food here. A bit pricey, but it’s probably one of the better Asian take outs in the area

I hope for those of you who are ceilac or have a gluten intolerance know this place is not gluten free. My boyfriend who has a gluten intolerant learnt it the hard way. Its not the noodles that are the problem, its the sauces that the noodles are drenched in that are. The sauces like pad Thai, teriyaki, black bean sauces are NOT gluten free. Along with that, their noodles are really bland which is probably why they offer fish sauce soy sauce(which some have gluten BTW) and hot sauces on the side. I’d say go to fresh bowl for more flavorful experience and actual tiger prawns not the tiny smelly ones you get here and they have gluten free sauces and noodles. I seriously wish the noodle box dont call themselves gluten free because they’re not. Just because they serve rice noodles.

Went here 3 times this year and I like their food! Good flavour but careful when adding extras like egg or veggies… way overpriced… welcome to Vancouver… maybe the owner has some morals and may lower that price without sacrificing other menu items… Beware of spice levels. All good except for highest which I believe is scorching hot. One is crazy to do that! I recommend this place.

My husband and I had the spicy peanut noodle box once and never change the order from that time. We really like the way that they serve it! We usually get one and ask for serve in two separate bowl. That is good for 2 person! If you are looking for a fast service when you are hungry, noodle box is a great place to go!

Great value for your money. Most meals are between 10 $ and 15 $. The Burmese Naan is a must!

Horrible service and horrible food. I hope their definition of fushion is not a mixture of foreign ingredients. I really don’t get why the line up.

Excellent food, fusion Asian dishes of all kinds. The dishes can all come with your choice of protein chicken, prawns, pork, beef or tofu. I really enjoy coming in to see what the specials are they are always excellent, and often very creative. All of the dishes are good so you have lots of choice. There is micro brewery beer on tap and cane sugar based soft drinks as well as exotic fruit drinks. The food comes very quickly and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. It is casual dining and take out.

If you grew up eating authentic Asian noodles this place is NOT the place for you. I came here a few times with my then boyfriend who used to rave about this place. Each time was a horrid experience but it made him happy so I held my tongue. Their mushy noodles just taste like a bunch of crap thrown in and has NO flavours. You wonder why they have so much soy sauce, fish sauce, and hot sauce on the side is because their noodles taste like butt and has NOFLAVOURS! It’s BLAND and TASTLESS! Do they not know how to season food? Very little meat portions. and if you ask for prawn, you get these dried up little pathetic excuse for a prawn. The fried rice HASNOOOOOFLAVOUR either!!! The rice was bland all you taste is your mouth on fire. Its like they forgot to add salt or something. Anyways maybe its because I’m asian and grew up eating delicious authentic noodles and never had bland tasteless mushy noodles and rice? Heck even the cheap noodles you get at the food court taste better than this crud. Anyways Noodle box and Asian fusion Not for me!

Cashier was rude and bitchy(the overweight one with the hipster hair) Not really a good first impression. She actually made me so uncomfortable that I wanted to leave without ordering. We decided to stay, and the food wasn’t bad, but definitely not worth the price tag, especially with the poor service.

After coming here twice, twice I experienced waiting for 30 minutes both times?! Wait what? I get it, it’s lunch time and the kitchen is busy. However when someone behind me gets their order before me, I tend to get impatient. No offensive to the people who got their food within a timely matter. This is not the place to go if you are hungry and want fast service. The Pad Thai with chicken was OK and a bit pricey. I really wanted to enjoy it here… I really did(insert sad face).

I appreciate how they have a GF option of rice noodles for the Pad Thai, however, give me a break.$ 13 for 2 Cups of noodles, watered down«glaze» and a few pieces of meat. The girl at the til was really really sweet and nice, noodles were average. I was just shocked at the price. My best friend and I just shared a box.

If you are looking for authentic Asian noodles this should be the last place that you would go to. I ordered spicy peanut noodle bowl. It’s tasteless, the way they make it is putting a bunch of ingredients together in a bowl then serve you. I would not come back and I’m quite surprised that this place has a 3.5 star on here.

I am OBSESSED with noodle box! My fiancé and I order Noodle Box on the lazy days where we do not want to cook! We used to live in Kits and we would order from this noodle box all the time! Since I do not eat spicy food, i always get the Pad Thai. It is sooooooooooooooooo good!!! My fiancée always gets the red curry and we always order the shrimp lettuce wraps. They have the BESTSHRIMPLETTUCEWRAPS I HAVEEVERTASTEDINMYLIFE!!! The atmosphere in the restaurant is soooo cool. I love everything about it!

Think this is the original location. One of the nicer ones, probably the highest ceilings of all of them. A place to be seen for sure, even the waiting area is action enough. friendly, fast service. Nice bar seating too, by the cashier.

Lovely staff and really fast service !! I was so happy to find out they have gluten free noodles and a vegetarian option that tastes so good . We had the shrimp lettuce wraps and black bean and garlic stir fry with tofu… so good ! I really didn’t think it was expensive at all! for all the food we got for 30 bucks is amazing. I have NOW converted my BF to this place :-)

Spicy peanut noodle box. Extra veggies; free range chicken; medium hot. I have ordered this dish since my university days on the island and I do not stray. The few times I have, have been utterly disappointing. But that dish there? Solid option for fast food. I’m a fan of this little chain and happy to see one going up on Main within walking distance. It’s a decent portion, at a half decent price and they serve Phillips beer. There’s not much you can complain about. Bonus tip of the hat for stocking gluten free beer. Does it beat out Hawkers for a quick meal on the run? Nope. Never. Not in a million. But it’s good food, done fast and generally consistent. Solid 3 stars.
