NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged. Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Exercises include: core conditioning, functional training, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, obstacle courses, PAR course, mat exercises, surprises and more! Camps are held outdoors. In winter months, boot camp will be held indoors. A rainy day location is also provided. Directions will be given at your first assessment. Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for 1 hour during the 4-week program. All participants must arrive on time. There is a 3-day per week option. Performance improvement can take place in as little as 3 days. «Visual Improvement» can take from 2 to 4 weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common to see a camper go down 1 – 2 dresses sizes within the first camp. Everyone is different.

T’ai Erasmus, Certified Fitness Trainer, Certified MMA Conditioning Coach, Sports Nutrition Certified and a Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer. T’ai has worked with thousands of Personal Training Clients over the past 20 years. In 2003, T’ai started My Adventure Boot Camp. He wanted to impact more people, however, only in a way that would allow them to achieve the same level of success as working with him one-on-one, and they have. The camper saw and continue to see unbelievable results. They love the interaction with the other campers and the motivation and accountability they receive from each other as well as T’ai and his trainers. T’ai’s passion for helping his client’s reach their fitness and weight reduction goals is what makes his programs so successful. He is dedicated to every client’s success and to helping them achieve lasting results with the support of easy to apply eating strategies.
