The food is tasteless and the service is very rushed and unprofessional. They didn’t use gloves when preparing food and went back and forth from touching money and preparing food.

These guys are completely inappropriate and would not leave us alone! First of all, they wouldn’t let our guy friend inside, claiming it was«only open for women.» Even though that’s definitely a red flag, we ordered quickly cause it was super cheap and we heard good things about the food. In the maybe 5 minutes we were in there, the two guys behind the counter along with their jackass buddies hanging by the door, would not stop sexually harassing us. So. Between what would have been decent food and good price this place would have gotten a okay review, but thanks to the scumbags who work there that can’t even make two women feel comfortable ordering food… This place is a NEVERAGAIN.

Great chicken donair! And the Greek salad is a must. The man working was very friendly.

My favorite donair place in all of Vancouver. I do come here often when I want a big plate of food. The chicken taste great and NOT dry like most places. Check out the photo I uploaded. Give this place a try.

Just ate there one hour ago. Chicken donair was delicious, but I made the mistake of also ordering tabouli salad. The Tabouli was terrible — tasted like it had been made last week — it was dry and tasted gross, like it was going bad. Stick to the donair and you should be fine.

Somebody please make the location easier to find. I don’t know if it’s because the address is wrong, or I’m dumb, or what, but this was so difficult to locate. Also, it’s tiny, not clean, and my falafel was dry. :-(took a bit of my husbands donair, which was good, but not amazing. Just kinda bummed I chose this place, after all the high praise.

I discovered this place last week & I’ve already been there 4 times in last 3 days. No doubt the best Donair in town. Located at Granville & Davie, Mr Greek offers yummy donair at a very reasonable price. The secret to their awesome recipe is the tender meat and the awesome sauce. The sandwiches are available in regular size or super size. Also if you like extra spice, ask for the green pepper paste(Go for it only if you can handle spicy stuff). They are open late and they accept cards. Food: Great Service :Friendly & Quick Ambiance: Hole in the wall Worth the price: Oh Yes

The veggies were fresh and the portions huge! Been here a few times now, and has not disappointed me. There was a good selection of toppings and their sauces were great tasting.

As a total food snob whether it’s a hole-in-the-wall, or a fine dining restaurant. I adore Mr. Greek, never once been unhappy. There’s something so comforting about it. Totally craving right now.

I have been eating here for over 5 years, ever since they had the previous owners(a nice older couple). The new owners inherited the recipes, and although I was a bit concerned about that, the quality and taste of the food never went down. This place is open early and stays open late. If you ever have middle of the night cravings for middle eastern food, this is your place. Their portions are huge — the chicken plate is an excellent value. The rotisserie chicken is always tender, salads are good, lamb is tender when you order it as well. I have taken many friends here who are originally from the Middle East and they always comment on the authentic taste. The super beef is a great donair, and at under 6 $ it’s hard to beat in taste and satisfaction.

Their chicken donair is amazing and so fresh. I like coming here over donair dude. Although donair dude has the big selection of hummus and toppings, their chicken is just too dry. Mr. Greek’s chicken is very juicy and tender, and the sauce is out of this world, their donair doesn’t need to hide behind any garlic sauce or salad. Everything in this $ 5 baby seriously makes the best lunch/dinner/drunchie snack. Mr. Greek please move to LA!!! :)

Why? This is the best Middle Eastern food in town !! Fresh !! Chicken is well seasonal and moist. Most other joints are dry and tasteless.
