Mincov Law Corporation was founded by Andrei Mincov, a copyright and trademarks lawyer with over 15 years of international experience.

Business Owner

Andrei Mincov is a copyright and trademarks lawyer with over 15 years of international experience.

Started in 1994 with his father as his first and favourite client, Andrei has since provided legal services to a wide range of clients, starting from one-​man startups to such names as Apple, Microsoft, Nokia, Dreamworks, J.K. Rowling, Ford Motor Company, Porsche, Amway, Mary Kay, 3M and many-​many others.

Andrei is passionate about intellectual property and individual rights.

He strongly believes that creators should have the right to decide how their works are to be used by others.

Andrei came to Canada in 2007, became a licensed lawyer and a trademark agent and founded Mincov Law Corporation in 2011.
