I work with both Buyers and Sellers throughout Greater Vancouver to purchase and sell the full spectrum of residential property (including condos, townhouses, duplexes, and single family homes) for a wide variety of purposes and in a range of circumstances. This includes providing service to buyer clients who intend to owner-occupy, build, invest for rental income, invest to buy and hold, renovate, or flip, or any combination thereof.
I am active and provide services in both the RE-SALE (pre-owned) and PRE-SALE (new construction) markets.
My typical clients include first-time home buyers, families looking to re-locate, upsize, or downsize, property investors, non-residents, builders and estates.
My primary service areas include: Vancouver (Westside and Eastside, including Downtown), North and West Vancouver, Burnaby and New Westminster, Richmond, Coquitlam, Port Moody, and Port Coquitlam.
History
Established in 2004.
Born and raised in North Vancouver, and having lived in North and West Vancouver, Vancouver, and Burnaby, Mike offers a depth of localized knowledge that simply can’t be taught.
Born to a family of bankers, Mike spent his early career in banking, laying a solid foundation for his understanding of financial institutions & lending practices. But before launching his real estate career, Mike established himself as a leader in the field of Community Safety & Crime Prevention. With a BA in Criminology at SFU, Mike spent 4 years as a corporate security consultant & 5 years in the Provincial & Federal government overseeing major crime-prevention partnership & funding initiatives.
As a Realtor, Mike has excelled in the business, achieving consistent recognition for sales achievements each year. In ’07, Mike received the RE/MAX Platinum Club Award, one of the highest sales volume awards offered by RE/MAX Western Canada. And in 2011, he received the prestigious «RE/MAX Hall of Fame» Award.
