Great place has a lot of cheap construction gear. I bought most my tools and safety gear from here and saved a bit compared to Home Depot. They have some decent brands in there if you look hard enough.

I came here to window shop for a bike reflector vest for my best friends B-day. They sell work clothes for construction sites etc. Great selection of clothes, power tools, basic tools etc. It’s a man cave heaven. There are some really good bargains. The customer service was really awesome and friendly. I was standing in line while they were trying to handle a customer service issue. The customer was being a j-hole, however, the staff handled the situation very well and professionally.

You can find some good bargains here! I’ve been going to Midland Liquidators since I was a kid… way back in the 80’s when they had more random things. their old location further east on Kingsway was gutted by fire a few years ago… the new location is better! This is my go-to for things like ropes and bungees, cheap paint brushes, rollers and stuff if I’m doing a cheap DIY paint job, sometimes they even have really cheap paint. You’ll find work clothes, hard hats, power tools, gloves, garden tools, hand tools, ladders, tarps, and little bits like tape measures, drill bits, utility knives, car seat covers, spray paint, LED flashlights, etc. If you, like me, hate going to the big box stores, and find you need a tool or tool-like accessory, check here first, often the prices meet or beat the big box prices and the shopping experience is way less of a hassle. Parking is easy and free. The staff here are super friendly and accessible, always ready to help you find what you need. Plus, they’re good guys… they do some charity work here and abroad. You can feel good about supporting a local business. My nickname for this place is ‘Manland’…

Missing something? Need some supplies to get started for another exciting improvement project? Chances are this place has it. Drills, saw blades, tools, safety gear, tarps of all qualities and sizes, nuts n bolts, I even saw some rope here that made me wonder if it was climbing rope. I concur with the other Unilocalers on this place. It is all good.

Want DIY tools on the cheap? Check out Midland Liquidators. They have random guy-tool-stuff(don’t ask) that impressed my dad who’s pretty much the ultimate Scottish Alpha male(handy and thrifty!) and normal stuff that un-handy people like me can use too. For instance, I picked up some t-shirts(for funny home made gifts) for $ 5 each, an extension cord for $ 3.50 and almost grabbed a labeller for $ 20. Good value, people! For the size of the shop there’s a ton of variety… it’s no Home Depot but a great place to support if you’re like shopping local. I sure do!

Coveralls for $ 19.00!!! I almost bought them all. Then I remembered that I only needed one. This place is cheap, the staff are helpful, and the quality ain’t half bad.

I like browsing through this place just like any guy that loves tools. Power tools!!! You really need to know your prices as some stuff are cheaper than Canadian Tire/Home Depot, and others are more expensive. For example blades for utility knives are half the price and so are the Solder. The nitrile gloves are cheaper at Costco.

You can find all your hardware needs at Midland Liquidators. Midland has alot of interesting products that they Liquidate.(fishing gear, car accessories, power tools, blank t shirts, house and car paint.etc. You’ll find everything here. Prices are very reasonable, give Midland a chance before going to the big Box stores. Helpful staff, and I believe Midland donates their profits to charity
