Been to this location twice now for my purses. Or three times?
I’ve had good service from the Sales Associates both times. Very friendly, helpful and always happy when I leave!

This location definitely has the best service! Virginia was the girl who helped me. She was natural at what she was doing, stayed by my side the whole time without being pushy, was extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable when it came down to helping me out with choosing the right handbag. This was my second time going back to her and I couldn’t believe that she remembered my name! Amazing girl! Even though oakridge’s location did not have as much of a selection as pacific center, I still would prefer shopping there because of the service this store provides! Never goto pacific center! Their service sucks and girls there are extremely rude and snobby!

I went to the store at Oakridge, and it was the worst service I have ever received. I think workers at Walmart could run this store better. I will never shop at this location again, and my opinion of Michael Kors is significantly lowered, considering they would hire such mindless idiots.
I will never go near this location again, and I recommend you avoid it, unless you want the wrong bag, and to be out a few hundred dollars. The manager there, Lindy Chiu is the least knowledgable person on policies and products. I advise running in the other direction if you see her.
On a plus side, I called the location at Pacific Centre, and they were extremely helpful. Its worth the drive to go downtown.

I only come here for the men’s watches, that’s all they’ve got! Fashionable designer label, different colours to match my suits lol. pretty reasonable, $ 150 – 250.
Great service, let me try on as many as i like. no pressure.
I do think, that the quality is nicer than Coach. but what do i know? :)

Been here a bunch of times, it’s nice that its a smaller store and I do like the odd few associates who don’t hound me to death while I am looking at things.
I’m not sure if she still works there or not, but Cynthia was one of the girls I always found to give my sales to. She was honest and just had the right kind of sales approach for me. I work in retail too and I know it’s hard to read all of your customers. Wish they had sales more often more sizes for shoes! LOL

I always enjoy coming to shop at the pacific center store. Thank you Cherise, you are very helpful and spent allot of time with my sister and I the last two times we were in.

Yummy leather goods in the form of handbags and shoes. It was mothers day and so we were here with Mom shopping.
My son was with me and I talked to him about what it takes for some of those dates, now that he is a young man living on his own, but not yet entrenched in the dating scene.
Son. There are a few things that a woman lives for and it’s not us. It’s what we can offer, or they end up getting it themselves.
You need to know a little bit about designer brands and what is good and what isn’t good. You need to know that women love shoes and handbags.
Don’t get in their way, let them buy what they must and give them praise for it.
Mickael Kors is one such designer that you must respect and understand why women flock to his stores to pay homage.
Don’t be afraid of this.
Just trust in their instinct that if they are happy with their purchase, they will be happy with you. Especially if you happened to help out in that transaction.
That and Diamonds. Son, that will be our next lesson.
And remember. Don’t buy your girlfriend Lug Nuts and a set of low profile tires.
The only person I know that would appreciate that is Joanne. And that’s a very very rare case.
